hello everybody,
today i installed a 500 gb drive in my vaio fz machine.i was having 200 gb drive.on which i was running windows 7 release candidate till now.today i upgraded to windows 7 RTM version.i converted the old drive in external drive.
issue being.
1)can i boot into the USB drive having my old windows 7 rc operating system??
i have usb drive boot enabled in my vaio bios.
2)another idea i got is ,convert the current partition in VHD and use it in windows 7.can i use boot from VHD option?
pls guide me.
another thing which i can think of is using vmware virtualisation?
is it going to work?
i just need this partition working to remove my passwords stored in UPEK fingerprint reader software.
