I recently uninstalled bootvis. It seems that it didn't completely go away. It still tries to start up when ever I reboot my computer. Any way to get rid of bootvis completely?

msconfig, and a registry cleaning. Make sure all traces are gone.

i ran regscrub but it didnt get rid of it. ive disabled it for now from startup in msconfig but i wanna completely get rid of it.

edit: i figured it out. for some reason uninstalling bootvis didnt uninstall the startup tracer executable (called bootvis sleeper or something like that). deleted that and ran regscrub again and that took care of the problem.

If I install boot vis, optimize, and then uninstall....will the new boot order remain? or will it revert back to the slow, old order?
