You probably have Safari 3 Beta for Windows

The Safari browser now works with windows

If you thinking of using Mac OS X, you cant ... legally ;)

    Because
Even though its a possibility to install OS via "hacking methods" like the one from osx86project.org, legally you cant because its Apple only wants you to install it on its own hardware so that they can sell more of it and take over the world ;)

The end user license agreement for OS X states something about using it only on Apple-made hardware, so technically you would be breaking the law.

Windows makes no mention of the hardware -- MS doesn't care what you install it on, they'll just take your money.

Many people try to argue saying its not really illegal, just against what Apple wishes people would do. Well, not really. Its in the EULA, stating that Mac OS X can only be run on an Apple-branded computer, and since you cannot run Mac OS X unless you Agree to the EULA, you are breaking the law. Apple never forced you to accept the EULA, by accepting it you are obliged to abide it.

Anyways, kojack, there also is iTunes on Windows, in case you didn't know :p. Other than iTunes and Quicktime and Safari, no other Apple-made applications are available for Windows yet. Safari 3 for Windows, which is what you have, is a Beta version that anyone can download via Apple's website.

yeah, I hate Itunes, i never use safari only one I need is quicktime, but i got to find that by itself, you download quicktime now, they load you up in typical crapple fashion with itunes etc. i just wanted to know about safari on my computer if it was something that someone codgered up or not.

    im deleting it anyways.
