    camstudio to windows movie maker

    hi i just recorded a video that took 2 hours to make and i recorded it on camstudio. when i tried uploading it onto windows movie maker it said it didn't have the right codec or something. idk what to do and this is making me really mad cause it took me a long time to make. so please help

    Camstudio encodes all the recorings as .avi files, which is not redable in windows movie maker. I dont know why it just is. Try downloading a converter from .avi to .wmv

    ok i downloaded a converter but when i select the video, it says its not a video file. so idk what to do now
