    can't open itunes!

    hi,
    for some reason, I cannot open itunes. i click on the icon and it seems like it is starting to open...then nothing.

    did u try to unistall/reinstall?

    Did you check to see if it crashed and is just leaking memory through a process? Check Task Manager for itunes.exe and kill it. If it is there and you kill it, then you should be able to start it up.

    Let us know if that does it or if you don't see it there.

    hi again,
    tonight it opened fine. i have a new 9700 with vista premium. i killed norton and avast before i tried to start it so maybe?????
