    cannot delete file because path is too long - please help

    whilst messing around i somehow managed to create about 20 subfolders, don't ask how! but now i can't delete what is in the subfolders bacause the path is too long!

    help please :)

    i eventually managed it after a bit of googling. seemed like the answer was quite simple, rename as many folders as possible with just 1 letter.

    Or just move the file to a different folder, like C:/junk/
    then delete it.
