catalyst 5.10 released

Hi fellas,Just thought i'd let everyone know that the new 5.10 catalyst drivers is released i'm going to put on my lappie now i'll tell ye all what if any improvements there are! :acer: :amd64: :glossy:

 

I'm interested to know how they work out. When did 5.1 come out? What was the last version?

I guess I could look all this up, but I'm lazy - cut me some slack

Hmm... Now I deciding on whether to install these. I'm still running 4.12. The newer versions created frame skipping in my games.

i gentlemen would have realized that only the boutique laptops can be upgraded for whatever stupid ass reason until driverheaven.net gets the mobility driver for all the other laptops

 

LOL I had no problem downloading them from ATi!

they don't work on all machines. I cannot install on mine because it says they are incompatible. I guess circa had the same problem.

I guess I'll be waiting for the omega's one more time

 

i found 5.5 ati whql for my mobility 9000 maybe you should look here

 

for those that dont have the requirememts for 5.10 you can find the most recent one there

 

The 5.10's available at this site seem to be moded because they worked for me.
But the package contains unnecessary files. It is composed of regular drivers, mobility drivers, and CCC on its own. So you will be downloading extras.

 

small price to pay i would think!

you give it by pressing on the balance like logo below the post that you want to give rep for. And you have the option of giving positive or negative rep. You can give (or take) rep by as much rep power you have. So you can give or take 1 rep point, me 10. And well for getting, you just did (users give you rep points for your posts) And your rep power increases with the amount of posts that you make and the amount of rep points you get from others.

BTW I tested the new drivers a bit in UT2004. I saw no real difference, but I never had problems before anyway. It never hurts to have the latest though
