changing background of vista welcome screen

Hi, i would like to change the background on the vista welcome screen to the same graphic im using as my wallpaper.

i feel it looks quite odd that the welcome screen and the desktop is different.

anyone can tell me how to change the graphic?

thanks! but is there any way to change it without having to install a program?

like is there any file in the windows directory i can tweak or something?

i think that program has other features as well, which i dont think i would use as i will only be changing the background of the welcome screen, and only doing it once.
