    changing the background colour

    Hi,
    I would like to replicate the background colour similar to Windows7 in Vista, is it possible? in windows7 it looks soothing but in vista it's a greyish blue. I would like the slight shade of red. First picture is from W7 and the second is from Vista. Thanks.

    It's the exact same color (#D5D5D5, which is pure gray btw). You need to change your monitor settings, probably best if you calibrate it so that you see what you're supposed to see. http://www.calibrize.com/
