Is there anyway to pause the summary of chkdsk when it is done so I can read it?

Go to the chkdsk logs in Event viewer > Winlogon

or start in Safemode command prompt and run the command "chkdsk C: /f >C:\checkdisk.txt"

    Doesnt sound bad.

Download HDtune and do a full disk scan. Also check the SMART health for any warnings.
