Does the user account you're running under have administrator-level privileges?

Sorry to sound so cynical, but to me this is a classic case of "if you have to ask, you really don't need to know".

My first reply was a bit tongue in cheek, but then I did a Google search and I looked up Iyogi Technical Services and found http://www.iyogi.net/. Let me get this straight. You work for a company who's tag line is: "Welcome to iYogi | Experience the Best Tech Support" and you are asking that sort of question here?

    Danger, Will Robinson!! Danger.

Any and all folks who are now or ever thought of paying Iyogi Technical Support $139 a year for advice should ask for an immediate refund and run away VERY fast. If you Google these folks the third entry is a review from someone who has taken them to task and apparently had to work real hard to keep his information visible in the search engines. If you look at all the rest of the top entries you will find a clear PR campaign of cross linked PR articles carefully crafted to cause them to rise up in the search indexes drowning out any real information about their "service".
