last night i put my computer into hibernate just to see if i got rid of my BSOD problem. when i woke up this morning it was in sleep mode and of course when i "woke" it up, BSOD. but what can cause it to bring itself back from hibernate? isnt all of the power off? ive heard of computers resuming from sleep on their own but not hibernate. i would say maybe i accidentally clciked sleep but i know i didnt because i made sure the light turned off. anyone have any ideas? its a gateway mt3705.

Wake on LAN? Try unhooking your ethernet and disabling your wireless before putting the notebook in hibernate mode.
