    Hey all,
wanted to ask for an easy utility that can help me make a copy of winxp after being installed on my HD with all software and drivers as well..I have my little brother using the comp once in a while and I have no idea what he does, but somethings going on..
anyways, I don't mind cleaning the HD for 12 hours (active killdisk 2.0)and then reinstalling xp, the drivers, all my programs, then tweak it for him to ruin it all over again..so I decided I want to have a copy of the installed system as it is on my external HD, and when i feel like slapping a new setup, it won't take hours. I know I'll have to clean the HD again, but why not save some time and make it less painful..thanks again.

Oh, just remembered...I know that DOS doesn't work with external HD's but i'll need something easy that will work..

    any help appreciated..

i use Acronis True Image to image my drive. it's easy to use and works great.

there are tons of programs like this out there. most of them are actually pretty decent too.

Something like "Norton Ghost" would be good for this.
