The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    corel paintshop pro photo (X & X2) will not execute

    Ok, for some reason, PSP X2 will not run, neither will PSP X. I have tried uninstalling it; it will not uninstall. I have tried deleting by hand; I dont have permission yet I am the admin! I do see it in programs in the processes of task manager, yet they will NOT run. I do not understand. I have tried uninstalling in safe mode; it will not uninstall.

    Please help.
