    critical error after i do this Windows 10 Tweaks and Fixes

    after i do the tweaks or run scripts. when i clean my registry and defrag registry, i get critical error on start menu will fix after log on.

    What tweaks and scripts did you use? This would help figure what is going on. And what did you use to clean and defrag the registry? Those critical errors means whatever you did - didn''t go well that is what it means and one only does those things unless they know what they are messing with.

    Do you have a recent system image to use for restore? Maybe try system file check? Or just rack your brain and try to remember & then undo what you've done? Sorry to hear, good luck w/it!

    script from you tube i have 2 cant remeber where i got the other maybe from here in windows 10 tweaks.
    they stop telemetry uninstall apps ect. i use old program called registry wizard never had a problem with it in xp or windows 7. when ever i use the defrag resgistry menu stops working. if i restore before defrag it works ok.

    restoring a backup of registry would do. i cant delete invalid registries all is ok. i just cant defrag or itll give start menu not working

    Maybe try a 3rd party tool like piriform's Defraggler? (you're using a HDD, not SSD, presumably). peace!
