I have a tablet and am looking for a customizable onscreen keyboard. I want to do programming with the pen rather than the keyboard. It would be really convenient if there's a program where I can create words that I use often. That way, I can just press the word I want which will minimize the amount I have to write. I'm thinking of using macros but I can't find anything that will show all the words and allow pressing a button.

I don’t think you can achieve efficiency or the speed of typing on a keyboard with a pen on a touch screen (especially for things like programing). Maybe few years down the line with sophisticated predictive input systems and OCR programs, but not with current technology.
