damnnnnn it i dont know how to use it

hello ppl , Im using windows 8 on my new laptop. Its a good OS so far. the only problem im having it with is Skype. Damn it sucks .

why do we want to login to skype with Microsoft account ??

I used it for sometime and now i want to log into skype with different user name password. That is also mine and how can i login to that account

 

ive never used or seen windows 8 or even skype but i think microsoft is closing msn and all accounts are going over to skype so thats why all logins will now need to go through microsoft or something like that.
im at work so i cant check as everything is blocked.
hopefully someone else can advise.

Actually this is what happened.

First i had my skype account signed in . but due to some technical difficulties i uninstall the skype account and then re-installed it. After re-instillation, skype asked me do you have a account or u dont have a account. Mistakenly i just clicked i don't have skype account although i do have an account. Then i have gave my hotmail adress and password. so sadly now my hotmail account is signing in to a new skype account. so i dont have my old skype contacts. And i dont know how to link up my hotmail account with my old skype. Note. before un-installation procedure i have remove the link between skype and hotmail account.

so please help me to get my old contacts back and the way it was before.

btw can't we use old type skype like windows 7 ??
