Is their a software that would allow me to dim the screen even more then the hotkeys allow me. I know I could decrese
the gama brightness and contrast but a black pixel takes more power than a white one.

No it doesn't. What uses most of the power is the backlight for the screen. Gamma, brightness, contrast, etc. just affect the amount of that light let through.

I it is not a lot of power but why would I do it if I can save power by reducing the backlight.
My question is "How can I reduce the backlite even more that the hotkeys allow me"?
