If you have a Sandforce SSD that BSODs on resume-from-sleep, then you'll need the Intel RST driver to correct the problem.

I'd still keep RST, good drivers overall so you might as well keep it. Using RST with my M4 right now and it's working without issues, RST is Intel's SATA drivers, would make sense to use them with an Intel chipset and SSD ;).

You need only the driver, not the GUI(Console).
You can deinstall IRST completely, than install the driver via Device Manager.
The deinstallation of IRST eliminates a Startup entry and a service.

Here you go: Driver Install - Device Manager - Windows 7 Forums

You can install it with the package for F6 install on Intel's site, just unpack the file you download and browse to the main folder using the method in the link, windows will find the driver on it's own afterwards.

Remember that method by the way, it can come handy if a driver refuses to install through normal means. CAT 11.7 didn't want to install on my G73 due to the installation of a modded 11.6 video driver, forcing the install through the device manager fixed that.
