    do u use intel wireless software?

    i use 2 wireless manager.. intel software and wirelessmon. it seems that they slow down my speed. when i use either wirelessmon or intel software to manage my wireless, my download speed is about 180k. when i turn them off and use windows to manage, the speed raise instanly for 40- 60k more.

    i think those wireless takes off bandwith because they analyze signal strenght and other stuff.

    I don't use any of those wireless monitors -- seems to me that the software interferes with the maximum output. When I let Windows manage it, I always get a faster connection.

    I even uninstalled the Intel client (Proset) and use only Windows client.

    only used windows to manage my wireless connections.... i used intel once but uninstalled it since i don't like it...
