    drive health in windows 7?

    Well, recently when I was useing camtasia it froze up and wouldn't respond, and it wouldn't go away. I ctrl+alt+del but it didn't work. I logoff then I logged back on and one of my start up programs froze...

    My programs were opening very slow and my antivirus scan that I started was going super slow too..

    I don't know why

    I want to check the HDD health to see if there is something wrong with the drive. how do I do that in windows 7?
