email problem

Hi.

I have not had any emails since 12.00pm yesterday and i normaly get 30+ spam a day.

I have sent 3 emails to my self over an hour ago and have not received them yet.

I have logged into my email account on my server " Orange UK" and i have zero emails.

I don't know what is wrong.

Can somebody send me a PM or an email if my account allows as a test.

I did a google and a least 2 other people have had problems with no email today.

So it looks like a server problem

About 2 yrs ago I wasnt getting any emails but then I found out that it was because I had no online friends yet

Still no email since 12pm Friday, I am not alone thought at least 4 other Orange uses have the same problem.

I believe this is a problem with Orange and not your computer. Have you tried contacting Orange UK?

 

Hi.

The server was originaly Freeserve, then Wanadoo and now Orange , they keep selling it.

I had a account when it was Freeserve 10yrs ago, I don't pay them any money, i just kept my email account going, I dont like to change!

I would have to change paypal, ebay and a 100 other sites that i cannot remember.

My ISP is Tiscali UK, but i dont use there email address.

I hope it will be sorted out on Monday!

Hi.

My email came back on a couple of hours ago, after being off for 3 days.

I have transferred all my important emails to my new Tiscali Account Email , as i am not putting up with this again , great going Orange

Why not use Live Hotmail or Gmail? Gmail offers free POP3 service, LH offers similar, except you must use Outlook or Windows Live Mail client.

I have a gmail account but i dont use it, I am happy with Tiscali mail for now.
