hi guys
been asked this question by a forum for partially blind people.
as long as youve got a mouse with a scroll wheel you can use Ctrl & wheel to enlarge the text on forums and web pages.
is there any way this can be done if you dont have a scroll wheel on your mouse.
thanks

CTRL and +/- keys.

brilliant. thanks KLF + repedy rep

Also, Ctrl + 0 will reset the zoom to it's default setting. Useful to get everything back to default rather than trying to get it back there visually.

Firefox = NoSquint - this will set the pages to certain level of zoom (text and layout)
Internet Explore = there is a zoom level that can be preset
No need to play around with mouse and keys
cheers ... -
thanks guys.
qhn, what do you mean no squint in firefox. i only use ff and have never seen this one.
as this was a request from almost blind people the Ctrl & +/- would be the best for them as some would need more magnification than others. -

Nosquint is an add-on for Firefox that allows you to set the zoom for individual pages, and also (if you want) separate zoom levels for text and images. You can grab it here:
