    + Sony told me to unistall/reinstall software ?

    any other suggestions ?

    instead >

    * on installshield folder clicked on professional > runtime folder > right clicked the 10 & 11 folder (on mine) and renamed them to 10a & 11a.

    *everything installed and working :D
