    error while attempting to install Windows Store Apps

    before this, I actually already own this app from another user which I had to delete because it crashed after getting my registry cleaned by third-party app.
    Now that I made a new account, everything looks fresh like I first installed Windows 8. And now I'm having a trouble installing apps from Windows Store.

    Skype of all things? Is this the only app you're having trouble installing, or are there others (or do all of them give you this message)? Do you get this message on any other user accounts?

    It's pretty much all apps on the store. Tried on other users as well, error remains. I asked Microsoft representative few times, they came up with troubleshooting software that didn't fix anything at all, at last they suggested me to do a clean resintall which I refuse boldly.
