i know how to export chrome bookmarks and ive done a search on how to import into ie9. however almost all sites mention going into file>imort and export and this isnt found in my version of ie9, as this seems to be a beta rc feature.
so how do i go about doing this.

if i press [alt] the file menu shows up and has an import/export section right there. i'm not on the rc/beta version.
