    exporting ipod contacts to pc

    So yesterday I had to do an acer restore, basically format my hard drive and start over. I NEED to know if I go ahead and sync my ipod to my laptop, will I loose my outlook 2003 contacts by having them be erased, or will my contacts export from ipod to pc?

    that only tells me how to IMPORT. I need to EXPORT.
