This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I am desperatly trying to find a vista disc to do a clean install; however, it seems my luck is running thin. Now it is my understanding that a lot of computers have the upgrade disc "installed" already if you dont have ultimate (which sadly I do). Now one buddy has a dell inspirion with home premium, can I expect this file to be on his laptop? If so how would I go about locating it?
