This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    firefox addon compatibility check after update every time firefox starts

    I wish they would fix this, it hits me every time firefox does an update, and i have to search for how to turn off the plugin checker again. :mad:

    I use Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 it has 3 add-on`s and addblock plus and a screen capture app, so that`s like 5 add-on`s i have added, but they all seems to run with the 15.0.1 update, so what`s the problem, why the update check every time i start firefox.

    I reverted back to 15.0.0 and turned off firefox auto-update.
