Hi.
I have a 12" notebook and a lot of websites only use the centre of the screen with great big empty spaces to the left and right, and i can hardly read the text.
I found this addon for Firefox called Image Zoom on the link below.
Once installed you simplify press CTRL + or - to zoom in or out.

I can already do this in FF, by using ctrl + or - for zoom. I likey this feature very much!

The Image Zoom add-on extension adds a number of additional options into those provided under right-click.
And Image Zoom only zooms the selected image, not the entire screen as with ctrl +/- -
Another way of doing it:
Keep ctr pressed and scroll up or down.
(Scrolwheel on mouse, or if you set it up, trackpad)
Works in: FF3 without add on, Opera 9.6x, IE7, Office, Explorer windows (showing files/folders) -
