    Hello Guys..

I have a problem here, I don't know anything about this..
Sorry if this a stupid questions, I newbie here..

I just bought my laptop fujitsu p1620, when I turn it on it doesn't go to BIOS instead it just stuck in Blancco hardware information bla..bla..
And list the information of the laptop like processor, Hardrive, memory, etc.

I press all button on the keyboard (not all at the same time) and noting happen, only beep sound..

How to get to the BIOS?
I need to install windows in USB pendrive, since I don't have any USB dvd/cd drive.

how do I install windows if I couldn't select to boot from usb..?

    Thank you very much... :)

Have you tried repeatedly pressing F2 after powering on the machine?
The ESC key may also be worth trying the same way, on my ASUS it brings up an alternate boot menu.

    Oh thanks..
Yes, it works...Thank you very much...

the laptop I bought did not comes with any OS so I just think that it will stuck on boot loader error screen (with option to enter BIOS) instead of Blancco hardware information screen.

After reading your post, I pulled out the battery to power it down, Blancco screen isn't provide any option to restart/power off. After put it back and power up, the F2 menu appear just before Blancco loader.

Sorry this is so stupid question. I just freak out that my laptop stuck and posting here..

    This problem solve..

    Thanks Josea :)
