I'm wondering if there's any way to make the bus speed i set while OC'ing to stay like that, even on a reboot.

I'm not sure if it's possible, or advised, in case you get BSOD's or something and reboot into the same situation (if you know what I mean)

I need to change it every time i decide to game, which isn't a problem I just don't know how healthy it is for the cpu to constantly be changing bus speeds. when i don't game i set it back to 266 (from 300) again im not sure if all this speed changing is safe, i know electric components like consistency =p

    thank you!

You can run a VB script in windows to automatically overclock.
    I use one.

Also there is something called the setfsb autotool.
And also task manager can help.

One more thing is to do a hardware mod to the PLL.
I can help you with that.

But you would only have the option to have the following FSB speeds:
    100mhz
    133mhz
    166mhz
    200mhz
    266mhz
    333mhz
    400mhz
