    Audacity is about the best. What problem(s) did you have with it? What do you actually want to do?

    You can also always write your own editor. Get the libraries needed to process your files and code your edits and then write it out to file again. Practice makes perfect and you'll get faster too. :)

    Also, what's wrong with Audacity?
