    Hi I faced bsod 4 times now and whenever I restart the laptop it crashes and dos screen appear with the options of safemode-safemode with networking- normal startup. and this is the report of who crashed

    would help if you told us what computer you have and the full spec of it.
    most probably a graphics driver problem but until you tell us your spec we cant help much.

    not seen custom error before though. try a google search

    Its hp 620, intel core 2 duo (t6670) 2.2GHZ, 3 gb of ram ( thats odd I think I checked it last month and it was 4gb, but not sure),the gpu is mobile intel(r) 4 series express chipest family. and by the way I am using hp support program to update my drives and thanks.

    are you running 32bit or 64bit operating system. 32bit will only see and use 3.1gb ram.
    also is it just internal graphics or have you got a dedicated graphics card from nvidia or ati

    its 64bit and yes its only the internal graphics no other gpu

    Could you be more exact on the specific model? Did you install or remove any software prior to this happening? And what happens when you go into safe mode with networking? Did you do a windows update lately? And what A/V are you using? Did you change any physical hardware lately?

    Guys problem solved I installed an older version of my Gpu driver and a newer version of the bios and everything is smooth now thanks anyway and +1 for Mrdg
