    not sure what ammount of ram to type in to test, it says not to put your whole ammount

    how much ram do you have?

    i have usually just "run memtest 86+" and it checks everything...i usually run it for like 24 hours or so...or about 5-8 hours on test 5...mine checks out with no errors, if it does have errors..you most likely have bad ram.
