    hello,
i booted up my laptop and was browsing and all of a sudden, a blue screen appeared and this has never happened before. i tried looking into the event viewer and this is what it says:

    ID: 1003
    Symbolic Name: ER_KRNLCRASH_LOG
    Error code 00000019, parameter1 00000020, parameter2 e14e5af9, parameter3 e14e5b19, parameter4 0c041704.

i'm not sure how do i get more information..can someone try figuring what caused it please? thanks.

Unless this happens frequently, you shouldn't worry too much about one blue screen in Windows
(what version of Windows do you have?)
