    I've purchased Asus W7S-A1W around 2007 June

it hasen't been over a year

    anyway the problem is

last night notebook worked fine But when I restarted my computer

    black screen came up saying

"The Windows Vista Business product key you typed is invalid for activation"

I don't know why this came up all of sudden

so I called Asus support and asked them what was wrong

they said it might be the hard drive issue that cannot run vista OS or perhaps software

and they told me to format the computer and try it again

but this is not my first time experiencing this

last time "Windows Activation" came up and I had to format it

this is my second time experiencing this problem

I know that by formatting would solve the problem temporary

but I'm afraid that it might come up again and then I have to format it again :(

    software issue? harddrive?

does anyone know how to solve this prob for GOOD???!!

Some drivers can deactivate Windows Genuine. Call Microsoft and get them to reactivate the product key.
