    help- gparted hangs on 'iso scheduler cfq registered'

    hi. i am trying to use gparted livecd 0.3.4-11. no worky with my ifl-90 (see config in my sig). it loads up 'till

    io scheduler cfq registered

    and then hangs. anyone have a solution to this problem? anyone have a similar experience?

    i'm going to answer my own question. if you have an sager 2090/compal ifl-90 (or possibly other computers), gparted will run when you select the force vesa driver option. worked like a charm. woot!
