my stock OS on my laptop is windows7 home premium 64bit edition, but i am planning to to get a xp 32bit OS for my autocad which only for 32bit system.

You shouldn't need to do that. 64bit Windows 7 can run 32bit applications, including AutoCAD.

just get a windows xp bootable cd and in your bios settings make the first boot device cd rom/dvd rom and after that just follow the steps and you'll get a dual os, and after every turning the computer you'll have to choose which os to run

That's not going to help him much if he can't install AutoCAD, though it is an interesting toy.
Given what he described, he says he needs Windows XP for AutoCAD because XP is 32bit. That should not be the case, as Windows 7 runs 32bit software fine.
Depending on the version of AutoCAD he's installing, he may be running into an issue where he has a plugin/add-on that is 32bit, while the version of AutoCAD that is automatically installed on a 64bit OS is the 64bit version. If that is the case, I suggest he read this thread: http://discussion.autodesk.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=672775
how can i make a dual OS systgem on my laptop?
