    That red ballon pops up saying my system isnt safe cause i turned some anti virus thing off. how do i stop this from popping up everytime i turn on my laptop

    control panel-->security center-->change the way security center alerts me (in left hand column)

    LOL, you're welcome. I know how annoying those bubbles can be, and that is always the FIRST thing that I disable when i reformat computers.
