I realize recently that my Google Chrome has changed its language without my permission
I remember last time I did is running a deep scan antivirus using BitDefender and cleaning junks with Advanced System Optimizer
how could I change back the language?

Click Option, then Under the Hood tab, scroll down a bit, should be a paragraph called "Web Content" and a link for "Change font and Language Settings" - click the languages Tab and select whatever your native language you're trying to restore to.
