    hello

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FS115M and it has a thingie that controls sound via keyboard keys (Fn + F3,F4) digitally (not from Windows crappy manual controller)

I want to reinstall Windows and I dont want all the crap software that accompanies the laptop to be in there

so I need a utility that can do (probably better) this job, do you know any?

I also wanted to ask which exactly Sony Vaio utility does this job

    thanks!
