i have a WMV video but its volume is kinda low even at peak volume, how do i increase it?
i use adobe audition to increase the volume of mp3s by increasing the amplitude. how do i do it for a video?

try playing the same video file with different players: (installing/uninstall after each): in order of pref: vlc, media player classic, k-lite, cccp etc

I'm playing it with K-Lite and i'm not gonna switch players. I want a solution to increase the amplitude of the Audio simply.

If the audio track was recorded or encoded too softly, and your machine cannot (or you will not) increase the volume enough, your ONLY path is to re-encode the audio track at a higher volume.
There is a lot of software that will do this, as mentioned above, Adobe Audition is one of them. -
AVI DeMux can do it too. All in one pass.
