    sorry i want to know how to install shellrunas on vista.
    so when i use right click it will come up "run as different user"

    you can put it anywhere you want mate :D then open a command prompt (with Admin Privilege ) then navigate to the folder where you have extracted the archive then type this

    this should give you a right click context menu
