how to know if a software going to download is without ad-ware, malware, virus , spyware or anything undesired like tracking of my activities hidden deeply somewhere or does not allow uninstall... that means, without any abnormal things

How to check if the software is totally safe before downloads?

I only have Ms Windows Defender installed, is it safe enought?? THanks

Heh, no. Even though they're getting better, Defender is still near the bottom of the barrel.

Yet regardless of the tool you've installed, even the best antivirus programs will miss one now and then. Always funny when people say ' But I never have a virus!'. Anyway, for suspicious stuff use a meta-antivirus tool; these run the file against a dozen antivirus programs at once. Try Jotti's malware scan or VirusTotal, for instance.

You don't until you do a Custom or "let me self install" will you see what it is trying to load. Otherwise do a VM setup and install there to see if there are hidden stealth installs packages that come along with it.

If you backup your data and image your machine from time to time you can always roll back if something goes wrong.
