I have news for you: This is a user-to-user forum, and people are here on their own accord. They help out others out of the goodness of their hearts, but they are under no obligation of any kind to answer any specific questions by anybody, even if it is someone as important and sophisticated as yourself.
Complaining about not getting an answer by 6:20am to a question you posted at 4am is not exactly going to help your case, and neither is being rude towards people who actually do answer your plea for help. I suggest you stick to other places to get the answers you are seeking. You'll be sorely missed around here.
how to write and highlight on PDF files ???
