 My quick launch buttons no longer work. I cannot change the volume nor mute it. I have tried updating the bios and the quick launch driver but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to check what the buttons configured to? maybe in the Bios?

    any help is appreciated.

i did an update on my dv6000t and the same thing happened to me. But it was only my volume buttons. The update was for the audio driver but apparently it didn't update before the restart?!? so i just dl'd the audio driver and reinstalled it and it worked again! might not be the same problem tho
