i recently bought a new hp laptop..
for my requirement i formatted vista and installed windows server 2003.
my problem is how to install sound drivers?
is there any other drivers to install for complete working of my laptop.
please help me.

Well, hp.com doesn't have ANY support for your Win-Server-2003 OS, but they don't break out audio drivers into anything obvious for any of the OS's they do support anyways.
Try to find out exactly what manufacturer makes that "Keyboard 3D Sound Blaster Pro compatible" device, and see if you can't find drivers on their website. -
You didn't specify whether Server 2003 you're using is 32 bit or 64 bit, so I'm going to assume 32 bit.
First, install this to enable UAA support for 2003:
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/11036/eng/kb888111.exe
You may have audio at that point, but you should go ahead and install the sound drivers:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1822
