    i get a rundll32 error after i did a restore to factory default on a acer aspire 5920g with windows vista premium software

    after restore to factory default i get a message that had to do with a rundll32

    it said something about i think (user or team,group can't acces a file )
    or it said i think user can't acces a file in computer

    something like that i have to check it out

    and later i get a information and solutions pop screen that says download
    intell turbo memory

    was that the solution for the rundll32 error

    or not.

    help please
