i have low speed connection

+ i have low speed connection speed and my internet has limid for example 3 gig in month , so i can not do my idea when use internet .
i hear firefox , opera can show image in low quality and can use low band but how can i do that ?
( i have opera mini in my phone very good apps for show images in low quality, is ther any apps like this app for pc . my meanse i not want app for Compress image , it wil very slow . i want app that not load images in very good quality and load them in low or very low quality . )
+ i hear opera can save my user and pass and if i change my lapotp my user and pass will save in an account and nerver delet ! any one know how do that ?my system :
win 7 64bit , intel i5 2410m

i find that .
must disable images and flash in opera for become very fast .
in firefox you can do that but site become in bad face .
opera very good app do not change face and you can see site in real face .
